Use SecureMCP-Lite as the command your agent launches for the MCP server entry.

Instead of:

your-agent -> raw target MCP server

Use:

your-agent -> SecureMCP-Lite -> raw target MCP server

Rollout steps

  1. define the MCP server command your app would normally launch
  2. wrap that command with securemcp-lite start
  3. ship a repo-local or app-local secure-mcp.yml
  4. verify deterministic block behavior with one intentionally denied tool call
